It's quite disturbing that the hospital allows her to operate but this is the U.S. and money is all that matters. Placebo effect is the best way I can describe your treatment here."

"This place is a joke and so is their staff. They know literally nothing about the admissions process and kept making promises and lies they couldn't keep. Not to mention they're affiliated with a rahab that got raided and shut down by the feds like 10 years ago. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE. One of the staff was so inept at the simplest of questions I had to get called back by a lady named Mia who did nothing but like to me. DP NOT TRUST HER OR ANYONE ELSE THAG WORKS THERE. Oh, and there is NO definitive prove these so called amino acid infusions work for anything. Wake up and do your own research people."

"Treatment XL saved my life from drinking. After coming in not knowing where I was The front desk girl was very sweet and supportive when I was scared and hopeless. The Owner was very explanatory to me and about my treatment plan. With out them I would have left the ER and continued on my spiral downward, and probably would have lost my business and family. The nurse was very attentive and explained what vitamins I was taking and what was in my IV bags that I received. After a long road which will never be over I feel great and positive with my recovery process and will continue with therapy and meetings. I would recommend their treatment process to anyone that struggles with addiction before it is too late."

"This is the type of customer service from this treatment center. If you write a bad review you are told that you are encouraging people to continue drinking or doing drugs. The attachment I am sharing the response to my wife’s email. Apparently I am helping people with continuance of addiction abuse because of my bad review. Which I am not I'm just trying to help those who are looking for a miracle, this may be it but it is very pricey if you are thinking that your insurance is going to pay more than think again. My insurance is only paying 110% of Medicare fees. If you are going to go this route and hoping that your insurance is going to pay most of it just be prepared for that not to happen. I am not encouraging anyone to continue in their addiction. And the infusions did not help me, sorry but just being honest. I hope whoever does decide to go this route it works for you!!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL REVIEW THAT I AM SPEAKING OF. I wouldn't give Mia or Agnes 1 star but the system forces me too. Mia is as disorganized as they come and really has no idea what is going on. They claim insurance will cover a large portion and it will not. Out of $20,000 that I paid I have received under $200 and a lot of denials. Agnes who has since quite working for Mia or XL treatment center because of Mia's disorganization her words not mine said she would handle my claims till the end has not and will not respond to our emails the part that really bothers us is the treatment didn't work it's really more of a mind game they pull on you. Do not waste your money go somewhere else. See a copy of one of our un-responded emails below. My wife and I are extremely disappointed in your horrible customer service as well as the lies of your treatment. It is clear that once you take our $20,000.00 your customer service goes to hell, you are nothing but liars Agnes has not been in contact with us about the many denials wont responded to emails and neither will Mia. You sell your services as if our insurance will cover a majority and you know going in that's a lie. I am pursuing legal action and will not stop till you do your job and Mia your treatments suck they do not work it's just a glorified spa with an IV that doesn't do a damn thing."
