"Surgeon is good. This place is not. They act like they care about their patients but do not. They over book their surgeries and create a huge risk to their patients. Nursing staff is rude, condescending and inpatient. If you have a choice, do not use this facility."

"I was so anxious about my surgery but from the moment I walked in the door with my husband I knew everything would be okay. The young ladies at check in were so kind and patient. I felt at ease. I could even appreciate the interior design. Every detail is made for your comfort. Fast forward to right before surgery. All of the nurses in the back were caring and gentle; extremely knowledgeable and so down to earth. I was in great hands. The anesthesiologist was very attentive and thorough. Thank you. There’s no way I could leave Dr. Bess out. If I hadn’t injured my knee I never would have had the honor of being graced by his presence. I could write an essay just about him. Thank you Dr. Bess for your expertise in this field of medicine. I almost went all the way back to NY to find a doctor hahahahaa!!! So grateful I found you. So grateful that you did my surgery at this wonderful facility. I appreciate you all. Even if I get unexpected bills later. It will have been worth it. God bless you all."

"Do not go to this location. If you have a choice don't even consider them. Their billing is a complete atrocity and a nightmare. I had surgery in Nov 2022 and yet my claim is still unresolved. BC didn't process my claim accordingly I never met my out-of-pocket max, hence I had to pay all providers because of their negligence. Although they had no problem calling me the day before surgery to charge me a bunch of $ upfront even though I never owed this to them. They said I wouldn't be able to go through the surgery if I didn't pay them upfront. I have reached out numerous times to try and solve this but calling the billing dept is a dead end, no one ever responds to your VM's or emails. Service while I was there was not that comforting and good either. When I woke from my surgery I had to ask for attention and assistance bc the nurse wouldn't come and check on me. I couldn't go to the restroom on my own and had to seat there and wait until it was convenient for the nurse to come and assist. This place is unprofessional and poorly run. Never again. I hope this helps others avoid the nightmare I am dealing with. Dealing with people's health and well-being is a serious business but CSC is not up for the task. No consideration for financial transparency either."

"This is a very busy place with highly effective and professional people tending to your need. I was very comfortable there. Everything was explained to me carefully. I appreciated the care of everyone because they looked like they wanted to be there to help. This morning I have very little pain and I’ve been up and walking after a partial knee replacement. Dr. Greenhow is an amazing doctor and has worked on my husband as well. I highly recommend this surgery unit and all their staff. You’re kind, compassionate and they all have a sense of humor. Well, maybe not all… Lol."

"Even before the surgery, I leaned over to my wife and said “this place is awesome”. Front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Then came the prep nurse and anesthesiologist, both awesome people. I will review my actual surgeon under her business but Dr. Herzog is amazing. I’m first day at home with very little pain, I think my first stint under the knife has been a great experience with these guys."
