"When I had my my visit with you, I physically brought all my prescribed medications in with me so you could see what I take. For some reason, you are not refilling these medications. These were not “Self reported medications” these were the actual bottles that you physically touched and documented in my chart, yet you have not refilled. I am out of these medications and I don’t feel that my medical needs are being met by UC Health. I have contacted another provider and I have contacted my out of state Rheumatologist. I do believe this is a gross negligence and I will report to the CEO at UC Health. I feel as if I have no physician at this point. The only medication you refilled for me was one of my blood thinners. I feel you have no experience with patients who have serious and life threatening diseases that need to be monitored on a regular basis. There is no communication or management on your part as a physician just a nurse or a front desk individual."

"UC Health Primary Care, Greenwood Village location, is truly the most outstanding medical group I have ever encountered. I am a nurse with over 20 years experience in varied areas of medical field, and personally nor professionally have I had the pleasure to experience a community of professionals like the staff and practitioners at this office. They are organized, informative, compassionate, encouraging, and made me feel cared for. The young ladies at the front desk are courteous and want to ensure patient visits exceed expectations, the Medical Assistants ( Sophia and Taylor) were intentional in their exchange, well informed and so very kind, setting the tone for the same warmth I would feel from the doctor. Dr. Anne Safley was who I saw, my first visit to primary care in decades that I went to begrudgingly because I needed a physical for an elective surgery, and I can't rave enough about this lovely, brilliant soul. Dr. Safley conducted a full exam, a thorough history, asking questions without judgement, encouraging next steps without pushing and set me on a path to take charge of my own health. Something I had never done. She followed up after the visit, calling me personally to discuss labs and next steps, ensure I was readied for my procedure and healthy enough to sail through it. I was extremely fearful, avoiding doctors, testing and follow up because I was so very afraid of the outcomes. All of that fell away once I was in the care of this group. Dr. Safley, the staff at the office, Sophia and Taylor, are my champions and I would be willing to bet all of their patients feel this way. Outstanding, outstanding service. Thrilled to be under their care for many years to come."

"Dr Javaid erased all my reservations prior to my initial appointment. Wasn’t condescending. Allowed ample discussions in any decisions about my medical care. Always stressed most important facts before end of every visit thereafter. Very caring and accommodating."
