"I've had bad experiences with doctor's offices in the past and so I usually avoid them. But I was having some issues I could no longer ignore. I showed up when they told me to and I was seen right at the scheduled time of my appointment. My nurse practitioners name was Natalie, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to all of my concerns and had tests done to help address each of my issues. Most of the tests were done in the lab there and the staff doing the lab work were all professional and polite."
"Spent 2 hours just for a bloodwork. Office just could have ordered the lab and send me in to do the lab. But someone thought it is okay to have patient waste 1hour and 40 minutes just waiting. Staffs are nice and friendly, but no one has 2 hours to spend for a simple visit during a day."
"You cannot get through to the specific office to make an appointment. I talked to a Nanette (not sure on spelling) today (December 29, 2023 at approximately 9:40 am) and she was horrible. She was so rude. I've had one appointment with this clinic so far and I've already had difficulty (physician no longer there so need to redo first appointment.) Now she is telling me that there is no phlebotomist on staff and I have been given incorrect information. All I ever wanted from my visit was bloodwork. Now I'm $300 down (insurance did not cover because it was deemed a specialty visit.) Now this awful woman is saying I can't get that. I will be canceling my next appointment that I needed because my physician left so they cannot transfer his initial analysis. So many red flags in such a short time. Please avoid this office and save yourself the headache."
"I’d give zero stars if possible. Arrived early only to sit in the lobby and listen to the staff speak badly about each other and one person beg their mother to order them coffee because they couldn’t afford it. The MA seemed knowledgeable and was very polite. I saw Dr. Bhide and it was horrible. She kept telling me that it wasn’t her job to know or she did not know or that l needed a referral. She sent a referral for an orthopedic surgeon for a sprained ankle. I was thinking stretches or PT would be a first step. I left with 4 referrals and medication that I still do not know why or what it was prescribed for. Never picked it up. I also requested specific set of blood work to follow up on items from my prior doctor and she refused because she doesn’t treat these types of things. She did a breast exam and seemed to enjoy it a little too much. I walked out and immediately requested a new doctor from the MA and was told she would report. Following the appointment I requested 2 things in the portal and reported that l would never be returning. The office manager just called to double check that l would not be returning and l stated you are correct I’m not going to return to see a doctor that doesn’t know what to do with basic issues or a doctor that prescribes random drugs (separate from the one mentioned above) that do not match your medical history/work with medical diagnosis. They did not appreciate that l knew enough about my Medical history to decline a medication that would hurt me instead of help. They need to hire doctors that know what they are doing and that are appropriate before they end of with a lawsuit."
"So far my experience with the docs and MA’s have been great. They follow up quickly my refills are always taken care of and they are beyond friendly… however not a fan of a few younger ladies at the front desk the few times I’ve come in, especially when I check in and can hear the whole side conversation and snickers about my multiple upcoming appointments over the next few days. Little unprofessional IMO especially when we’re in a practically silent room."
