"The actual physical therapy seems pretty decent, but the clerical side of things is very sloppy. My first appointment had to be rescheduled because they booked me with the wrong type of physical therapist. Once I was an established patient, trying to reschedule an appointment, they tried to book me with another therapist who didn't have the right area of expertise. It feels like a little attention to detail at the front desk would go a long way."
