"I arrived for my 9am appointment on Saturday March 4, 2023 right at 9am, but the employee who was in charge of opening the office arrived late stating that her car wouldn’t start. I didn’t believe her but gave her the benefit of the doubt. Secondly, the office had poor hygiene. The floors were very dirty and it even smelled bad. This definitely did not make me feel comfortable since hygiene is very important, specially where lab tests are done. Being that the receptionist/nurse was on her phone the entire time did not help, maybe she could use that time to clean. Last but not least, the receptionist/nurse (same person who arrived late) in charge of drawing my blood was not capable of doing so. She punctured my vein three different times, blaming my veins for being too small (baby veins in her words) and that I needed to drink more water. I did so, I drank plenty of water after her second attempt as she said that was the cause, then waited approximately 15mins and then she unsuccessfully tried a third time. She ended up offering a refund since she couldn’t do it. I’d like to mention that I have never had any problems having my blood drawn in my entire life. The cherry on top was that in the middle of issuing my refund, the receptionist/nurse began arguing with a customer who was asking for clarification as the customer did not fully understand some lab requirements the receptionist had previously mentioned. My experience was very disappointing and unpleasant and my arm currently hurts. I hope no one else has to deal with this situation."
