"Came in for a small collection of issues. Front desk staff checked me in quickly, was very kind and showed concern and care. The med techs were friendly and attentive, but Dr Khamees was exceptional. She listened with thought and care, was very understanding, didn’t rush through the appt, explored options with me transparently, spoke to me with confidence, respect, and ease. She gave me a lot of peace of mind and was one of the best docs I’ve seen in a very long time. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Really admire her style and would absolutely recommend this clinic again and again"

Dr. Amirie made me feel super comfortable and didn’t rush through my appointment. She was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. "I was very impressed with the care I received at UCHealth’s Urgent Care in Castle Rock! It was easy to schedule time with them and they were efficient with getting their patients in to see someone-no long waiting time! The staff was super friendly and obliging, and they were able to test me, diagnose me, and prescribe me what I needed in under 30 mins. This time of year I know is especially rough with colds etc, but you wouldn’t know it given how on it the staff was, how clean the facilities were, how quickly they got someone to see you, and how friendly/caring they were. Thank you team for getting me taken care of!"

"The staff is very nice, and my son was treated quickly and professionally. I felt the exam was thorough and all concerns were addressed. We didn’t have to wait and were seen almost immediately. The whole visit took less than 30 minutes. Having been to another urgent care in the area a couple of times , this was such a better experience. I will agree with some other reviews regarding HIPAA. I would much rather fill out patient information on paper, or through a link, than standing at the desk verbally answering these questions while someone next to me is doing the same. Especially when it’s for my child."

"Went here with my adult daughter on 12/2/23. The office is really nice, new, clean and modern. The front desk staff was quick and got her checked in right away. The entire visit was extremely quick, with X-rays and a nebulizer treatment, scripts sent to the pharmacy we were there for less than an hour. Most importantly, the PA, Bob was amazing. He was thorough and kind and validating. He was amazing and she felt like he listened and treated her actual symptoms. Just a big thank you to the entire staff. Jordan, the med tech was great too! We would both highly recommend this office."
