"I arrived on time and once getting my paperwork done, was immediately taken back. I had shockwave lithotripsy done, and everyone was nice and informative. I arrived at 7:30 am and was out and on my way by 11:15 am. I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness. There is a coffee house across the street where my husband was able to go while I was in surgery, so that was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this facility."

"I went in this last week to have a cataract removed because the one I had, had sifted and it was not suppose to , well it took 3 hours before I got in to have the surgery because they were backed up . well I got in figured it was going to take 20 minutes and I would be done well there were times it hurt when they were doing the surgery . found out the next day from the Doc that he put one in and then had to cut it out because the person that is in charge of making sure you get the right contact to put in did not do her or his job right they gave the Doc the wrong contact so I was in there for a hour and half. the next day I saw the Doc and he is confident it will clear up I have drops to put in every 4 hours , I do it every 4 hours , my eye sips and its so blurry I don't dare to drive and I trip over things its so frustrating . and after the surgery they wheeled me out to the car and I was so doped up . and my Doc said out of all his years of doing this surgery this has never happened. But I had to be the first one"

"I went in for a procedure in Dec 2021, place felt very sketchy but the staff were nice. Insurance covered 100% but now over a year later I get a collection notice about a past due balance. I never once received a bill from this place or a call. I confirmed with my insurance company this was billed and paid in 2021. I contacted their billing dept and they said it would be pulled from collection. Now I find nothing was done on their end or the collector. I am not pleased. Avoid this place is my advice"

"They don't have enough bays or spaces available for everyone. So you will wait for a super long time, after your scheduled time. I would recommend going to a physician that DOESN'T use this facility."
