Not to mention , anything these therapists told me I could have gotten if I just googled the word "depression". These so called professionals are actually completely worthless. The monsters that run lifestance want to exploit mentally ill people for profit, not help them. 1 star doesn't do it justice. Avoid them at all costs."

"The entire process from start to finish was super easy. There is no need to be super technologically savvy. You only have to know how to get into your email and click on a link! The layout is really simple and easy to figure out where things are. It took less than 5 minutes to get into the virtual meeting from opening my computer, logging into my email, clicking the link, and accepting video and audio. The audio was very clear and easy to understand. I don't know that I would ever want to do in person therapy after seeing how easy and quick I could do this. No need to even leave the couch! Also, as a mom of a young kid, I love that I don't have to worry about finding a sitter!"
