"Sarah has to be one of the worst receptionists I have ever encountered! Her attitude and lack of patience and compassion is sickening. I see others have had an issue with her as well, I truly don’t understand how this company can allow for an employee like that to represent them. It has taken forever to get something scheduled, she assured me a call back but havent heard from them in days. She talks over you and seems annoyed at any question you ask. Sarah, bring yourself back to earth and treat people with respect or expect to get treated with the same disrespect you give!"

"Honestly if you are referred here, stay away. #1 Kidney stone center isn't actually anything. They are the middle man that schedules you with another company. #2 Due to them not actually being anything at all. The communication is absolutely terrible. You will have no idea what you're getting into until you actually arrive at their 3rd party provider day of surgery. Of course, communication is bad when the only person to even talk to is some random lady named Sarah over the phone, whom handles the scheduling. #3 Sarah went as far as promising me the doctor would at least fill out my fitness to return to work when I arrived. This was not the case. The 3rd party surgery office completely refused. #4 If the third party surgery center needs to install a stint for a few a days. They will NOT allow you to come back for them to remove it. You need to make another appointment with your first doctor instead. Truly a bad experience for patients taking on more than they should be. Places like this should not be allowed to operate."

"I went here and had surgery and they busted my kidney. After surgery I told them something was wrong. And they kept saying everything went fine and just gave me more pain medicine. After telling them about 5 times I told them to call me an ambulance. The hospital found they put a hole in my kidney and I had a 18” hematoma. They worst thing that has evert happened to me."

"Waited over three hours for lipotripsy procedure. After told us to be there at a certain time. We weren’t sure what was going? We got many excuses never found out what was really going on. I was in tears by the time I got in. I hadn’t eaten for 24 hours no liquids. No one should be treated like that. Also when we did leave no medication for pain or what to expect paper. NOTHING. I will never go back and pray I won’t have to."

"If you're having issues with kidney stones, this place is where you want to be. I had one of the best experiences here, medically speaking. I was VERY nervous and they made this procedure painless, and made certain my nerves were at ease. I would recommend this Center to anyone who needs lithotripsy--great staff, wonderful doctors, and top-notch technology. Kudos to you guys."
