"The center itself is good. Our doctors are great and the health care team are also. The billing department needs new life or a different management. There are requirements when checking in, which is appropriate. Communication about what that fee is for is not clear. Any follow up costs are not billed promptly and one can think they are settled until a bill comes six months after for the center. I was transferred about and had to repeat the problem. This is frustrating. The supervisor is difficult to discuss the situation. The supervisor shoots quick, short questions that are not expected. The doctors bill came within short time from their office."

"I have a family history of being high risk for colon cancer and it's been 3 years since my last checkup. This place tried to tell me I don't need to come back for 10 years even though I've had other issues going on I needed to have looked at while also checking me. They had scheduled me for this colonoscopy already, sent me a reminder, then my prescription wasn't ready when I went to get it yesterday, only to find out they had CANCELLED my appointment without even calling me to tell me. I had people take off work to be there for this to help transport me even. High risk people should be checked much more regularly than a decade. This place has been a nightmare to deal with for months. I don't recommend them for any reason. *Edit I will not be calling your unprofessional practice back. I had a reminder email sent to me 3 days before I went to get my prescription for this even. Extremely unprofessional place and now I've wasted months. Stay far away from this place if you value your life."

"Dr. Roman is a fine physician. The billing staff is horrible. I have been passed around, ignored, calls not returned, rude. No one takes responsibility."

"EDIT: We received a call from the business manager who was very nice. They are sending to the insurance, so we will wait and see what comes of that. I still do not appreciate a $340 estimate and then a call saying it's an additional $700 so we will wait and see if anything changes with that once ran through insurance. My husband had a colonoscopy here in July 2023. The procedure and medical staff was great. BUT they did not bill our insurance. We paid $1967 the day of ($1600 to South Denver Endoscopy and $340 to South Denver Gastroenterology) Then the Gastroenterology office called and said that we owed another $700 even though the estimate they gave was for $340. So I checked my Insurance EOB, nobody submitted any claims. So everything we paid the day of (we assumed this was the amount with insurance) is not going to our deductible and we may have discounts going through insurance or it could be covered 100%. My insurance company is calling them now to have them submit claims. If we over paid hopefully they will be respectful and reimburse us. The woman who called to try and get the $700 was very rude."

"Feeling a bit vulnerable as you walk in tired and hungry at 7 AM, the staff could not have been more reassuring and kind. Brett, my admitting nurse who put me so at ease, Alison McClain who got me all set up and listened to all my concerns to the nurse who expertly put the IV in. When they roll you in for the procedure, the anesthesiologist, Erin Murphy who you have already met and discussed your personal needs, guides the other attendants present to position you correctly and then gives you just the right amount of medication to put you in a gentle twilight for the procedure. You have already been introduced to the doctor, in this case Dr Roman. The next thing Brett is greeting me with a smile, the doctor gives me good news and I’m off in a space age wheelchair to my Knight in shining armor which is his car, to whisk me home."
