"My experience trying to book an appointment with this center has been incredibly frustrating. After months of trying to get into their system, I finally secured an appointment in September 2023, only to be told to reschedule for October when I was just 10 minutes late. Life happened, and I couldn't make it in October. When I called in December now 2024, they asked for a new referral, which meant another visit to my doctor's office and more waiting. After multiple calls and hours on the phone, over 60 mins, I was told they now had the referral but needed my records. Despite waiting for them to call me, no one did. Fast forward to March, and after another lengthy phone call, 40’mins I was told Dr. Eric M. Westerman wouldn't see me because of a history of no-shows. Why wasn't this communicated to me earlier In December? It's frustrating to have gone through all this only to be denied care. Avoid this office if you can! The long wait times on the phone, lack of assistance, and the way patients are treated by the doctor make it a place to steer clear of. While I understand the policy regarding no-shows, the way it was handled in my case was unnecessary and disappointing. I hope others don't have to go through what I did.and I hope all you in your office get treat in the same way I did! Such a lack of empathy, respect and compassion for your patients."

"I was a bit nervous about changing my rheumatologist but my previous doctor stopped talking my insurance. I was really thankful when I met Dr Zachariah. She asked ask the right questions but more importantly, she listened to me and took the time to address my concerns. She also gave a strategy, in the event that I have another gout flare. She explained our next steps and I am confident that we can come up with a treatment plan."

He took the time to research the issues I was having to come up with the best treatment options available. If you are needing to see a rheumatologist, this is definitely the practice to go to."

"The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The staff are beyond rude. They don't follow HIPA laws and the communication isterrible. Didn't call in blood test and the failed to call me with results. When I called, Jacob at the desk was nasty and outright mean to me. They never called in amuch needed prescription and didn't return my call when I specifically asked them to. My office manager called to pay the bill and they were nasty to her aswell. I had to go back to my awesome regular doctor for a new referral."

"1. The front office staff are on a power trip. They have zero compassion and zero customer service skills. Waiting in the waiting room you hear them complaining about every phone call. They tell people they need to get their medical records sent over and a referral before scheduling. Then three seconds later they complain someone sent over hundreds of pages of records. You told them too! There are THREE people working the front desk checking people in. What is this a jobs program? They need one. 2. Dr. Zachariah is good. She cares. She is wants to find out what the issue is. She is really personable and speaks straight."
