She didn’t use any numbing agent for Brazilian wax or after balm so it was the most painful one I’ve ever received. AND. A week later I have the worst razor burn I can’t even wash up or anything. It’s been raw and tender for over a week which has never happened in all my wax history, which is extensive. I’ll never be going back but it may be good for others."
