"Contrary to many of the one star reviews, I had a relatively good experience here for a recent procedure. Staff was pleasant and efficient, facilities were clean. Overall I was treated very well. I mean, not a place I would hang out at, by any means, but I would be comfortable recommending the place to any of my friends or family."

"I was scheduled for 2 procedures while under anesthesia. Scary enough, my heart rate went down to 20 bests per minute and the original plans were aborted- understandably! However, there was no call to my husband. The doctor didn't talk to me about the one procedure that was indeed completed, nor the complication that had arisen. One nurse told me its not uncommon for a patients' heart rate to plummet and another former emergency nurse indicated it was not typical at all. Nonetheless, I was handed my paperwork and rushed out of the door."

"Nurses are fantastic! Everything else is a unprofessional mess, from front desk joking about clients to doctors loudly discussing your case between rooms (a curtain) to billing and scheduling mess. I can't wait for my last procedure to be over with."

"Just had a colonoscopy and the staff was wonderful. The gal at the front desk was delightful, my nurses were friendly and the anesthesiologist and the doctor were very nice and informative. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived either, as they got me into the prep area immediately. The procedure went smoothly and I was in and out of the center within an hour."
