Reviews
"This review is coming from someone who has been going to CRC for almost 8 years. I use to volunteer here, I was actively a part of treatment and supporting other people getting their mental health needs at CRC. The new administration has managed to completely destroy the integrity of CRC and the ability to holistically care for its patients. Their main focus is to care for as many people as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Which translates to: how much money can they make and where can they cut corners. If you are needing quick care and your mental health needs are simple... Sure, go here for your convenient Walmart quality care. If you have chronic mental health issues that require on going and more intensive care, find somewhere else, anywhere else. There's a reason they cannot hold onto good staff. The best mental health care providers and managers I have ever met have walked out because of the atrocious administration. There were so many good things going for this company and they managed to destroy each one of those good things by focusing on profit instead of the well-being of their clients and staff."
"This facility has completely let our family down. They removed our son from his therapists. Their reason was that he wasn't making "progress". Why is that his issue and not theirs? Aren't they a resource for mentally challenged people? Upon his release, the director said she would call and "check up on him." A year upon his release and we are still waiting for her call."
"I recommended this place to people in the past, but no more. The only thing I can give stars for is my ability to get a prescription. The last two psychologists I’ve seen have been unkind to me- this has diminished my previous faith in mental health a great deal. When you’re already not sure you want to live anymore and the people that are supposed to help you hurt, you how are you supposed to recover? I don’t even think the psychiatrist really wants to help me. Is this because of COVID? Are people burnt out? I don’t know. I just know that I’m not sure I have anywhere to turn."
"This was my second time as a patient at this office. The first time I quit therapy due to a horrible therapist and an unwilling-to-listen psychiatrist. Mental health deteriorated, couldn’t find anyone else that took my insurance, so I came back. The therapist seemed more interested in hearing my “entertaining” history than actually offering advice or helping. The psychiatrist, Dr. Saleem, seemed like he didn’t care about my mental health at all, just wanted to get his job done so he can go home. I can completely understand that, but you, sir, are a mental healthcare professional and I am putting my LIFE in your hands. I expect you to treat me like I matter, not like I’m the reason you’re getting paid. Not only that, he brought up a past boyfriend and seemed way more interested in hearing about my ex (whom I haven’t spoken to in over a year and has nothing to do with what’s going on right now) rather than my current problems. I begged him to take me off my current antidepressants as they are making me worse. Instead he raised the dose and would not let me try something different. Do NOT come here unless you want your mental health to get worse. It’s dirty, the receptionists are rude, and all of the providers and nurses lack empathy. You all should be ashamed of yourselves."
"I was a Client for 8 years and saw a Record Breaking 11 Therapists. Most Therapists were ok but there were some bad Apples. The head Administrator (Surprisingly she Approved my Discharge) had Problems of her own. When my Second to last Therapist Left I became non-Compliant with the Medications Program and requested Transfer to my PCP. I was Quietly Transferred and in June was Discharged from Community Reach after Insurance Lapsed on me. I'll have you know, my Insurance was the Driving Force, I was done with Therapy before the Insurance Lapsed."
