"While the rest of the staff are excellent including the Doc, this lady Sofia yelled at me for no reason. Lack of empathy, ZERO patience to a patient with pain. I was asking questions with smile and humor and got back RUDE responses. Unfit to be in a health care industry in my personal opinion. Try to avoid interacting with her by all possible ways. This is deeply hurting as a patient and nullified all others good work in their office"
