"I couldn't make them understand that their gold standard laser measuring process is flawed. All this does is measure a damaged foot. I explained that I've had different types of orthotics and the only one that works for me. Heat the blank in convection oven, then it gets pulled out, put on a foam rubber cushion then you stand on it till it cools (that way it has your standing weight on it)Then they form it to fit it in a shoe."
