"I went to advantage audiology several years ago and had surgery on my nose and got hearing aids I spent over $5,000 cash of my own money and insurance paid over $80,000 for my surgery and hearing aids they did really good and my surgery went great but afterwards 8 months later I find out that they turned me into collections for $100 I called them and they told me that I had a remaining balance when I finished with them surgery and hearing aids I had a $0 balance when I called them first they could not figure out where the $100 came from the bill and it took me to pay them off to give me an explanation of what the cost was I compare that with my old bills and there was never that cost so what I'm saying is be very very careful of your billing with these people because I tried to get my hearing aids adjusted which takes 5 minutes and they would not help me I think that is terrible customer service for one they have no idea where the $100 bill came from and to not adjust my hearing aid which I paid over $7,000 for they would not simply adjust them then after I paid my bill they wanted to charge me over $150 to adjust my hearing aids to me I think this is an absolute absurdity of billing and terrible customer service and to me they could give two hoots about their customers I will never ever go back there and I warn everybody to make sure that your billing and what they are charging you for is totally correct be very careful"
