"I came in with a stiff, painful knee from a 1984 ski injury that took out my ACL and medial collateral. While the initial surgery gave me years of mobility, and a cleanup & removal of the barbed stable years later kept me going, the knee was stiffening and painful as I aged, and reducing my activities.
