"My wife's son is mentally and physically disabled. He has been mentally and physically abusive to me and his mother. He's actually physically attacked me on more than one account and this last time I ended up in the hospital. He desperately needs to be in his own place. I can't even go to a job every day because my wife tears for her life. On occasions his paranoia gets so bad that we have to call the police but they don't do anything unless he actually verbally says something threatening around the police. He desperately needs help and nobody wants to help and your community reach center has not helped at all. We need to find him his own place somehow and if the staff won't help I need to go higher up to get him to help that he needs"

"These people are very unprofessional & unreliable. They will send tons of notifications about your appts but are either late or don't show to their own appts. I've had numerous times when they plain forgot there was an appt.; even a doctor! Then they call and say you miss an appt so reschedule. My daughter had to go to an ER because of multiple problems getting a hold of a doctor to refill her meds. The director blamed me for the staff incompetence. The therapists have no real plan and often talk to coworkers about patients confidential information. Mental health is a huge issue and these people are taking your insurance dollars and making the problem worse. Needs new leadership asap."

"They don't really care about the well being of their employees although they are supposed to be big on mental health care. HR doesn't protect the employees and management sets you up for failure. I wouldn't trust them with my care at all."

"I love their staff at this office from the front desk to the Casemanagers, their pediatric psychiatrist Dr Markland and Dr Martendale are awesome. Their counselors are also top notch. I wish they would add adult psychiatrists are this office though."

"Every time I've come to their office, the front desk staff is usually saying something that is racially inappropriate and having less than professional discussion at the desk. Also, compared to other community reach centers, I've always had a hard time getting in reach with anyone over the phone and am usually on hold for more than thirty minutes at a time no matter at what time I call. A lot of people come here for mental health and guidance and the atmosphere created walking in, is not beneficial to any of that and actually increases my anxiety more before my appointments. I would really appreciate some professionalism."
