"I recently had a disappointing experience with the family practice doctors at Westmed. My visit left me feeling frustrated and neglected. It seems that their primary concern lies not with the well-being of their patients, but rather with saving money for insurance companies. Firstly, I found their approach to be overly cautious to the point of negligence. Despite presenting with clear symptoms that warranted further investigation, they were unwilling to refer me to imaging tests that could have provided crucial insights into my condition. It felt as though they were more concerned about cutting costs than ensuring I received the appropriate care. Moreover, their reluctance to prescribe necessary medications until I had endured prolonged suffering was deeply unsettling. It's as if they were more interested in watching patients suffer needlessly rather than taking proactive steps to alleviate their pain and discomfort. Overall, my experience with the family practice doctors at Westmed was highly disappointing. Their lack of aggressiveness in addressing medical concerns and apparent prioritization of insurance company interests over patient well-being is concerning and disheartening. I would caution others against seeking care from this practice if they value timely and comprehensive medical attention."

"This is a nice little office and the staff is always fairly friendly. I only had one bad experience with a Nurse, but I never saw her again after that. All my vaccinations and check ups were comfortable and quick. Mrs. Brewington is a kind and caring Physician, I will continue to go here as long as I'm residing in Colorado."

"What a nightmare. I’ll keep this short- Been coming here for a few years and I’m looking for a new practice now. I got very sick and needed to see my doctor but was told I couldn’t make an appointment and was LOCKED OUT of my patient portal because my PARTNER had an overdue copay. How is that even legal??? The straw that broke the camel’s back, though, was when I needed to renew my contraceptive prescription. This stuff is practically over the counter these days. I was denied unless I came in for an exam. Are you kidding me? So I went to Amazon pharmacy and got it there instead."

"I’m writing this review on behalf of a family member, as their recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My mother has been going to this office for several years, and the service provided by this team has dropped immensely. After a year of having her medication sent to the Walmart pharmacy the office began randomly sending it to King Soopers. My mother was not alerted, and after realizing the error contacted the office. She had to contact the office three separate times before her prescription was sent to the correct location, and was without her medicine for several weeks. Handling of daily medication in this way is unacceptable, and how this error even occurred in the first place is beyond me. More recently the office has begun canceling applications without alerting patients, and then acting as if the patient was notified and no called. After having an appointment set for well over a month she was sent an email that she needed to pay for her appointment in advance. My mother does not check her email frequently, and only saw the email the night before the appointment. She did not receive a phone call or a voicemail regarding this new policy. The email stated that if payment was not received by X date, a date which had passed by the time she found the email, her appointment would be canceled. We checked her patient portal, where there were no upcoming appointments listed. There was absolutely no indication whatsoever that the appointment was still scheduled. Based on the email and lack of appointment in patient portal my mother did not go to the doctors office. She is now being accused of no calling no showing her appointment. The people she has spoken to claim they called her, but we have checked phone records and there is no phone call nor message. Whoever is in charge of the this office is doing a horrendous job, and instead of taking responsibility is blaming patients. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience all around."

"My experience was great from start to finish. The front staff was welcoming and I got in quickly after arriving. Dr Brewington is super nice and made me feel very comfortable. I received my test results within the next day and messages from my doctor regarding the result. Very easy visit for my wellness exam. I would recommend 10/10."
