"Had to come here due to an incident that happened at my dentist and the lady in the front desk was quite rude. The nurses were awesome and friendly. But thankfully I will not be coming back."

I think Concentra though should hire 2 more Admistration staff in all there offices I have been to others have noticed that they have Management in front which is good though my opinion they should have couple more. "This concentra location is doing an amazing job! Checking-in was easy, staff was nice and extremely helpful. I especially loved that they took the time to show other patients waiting how to navigate the online check-in on their phone. Facility was clean and they were very organized!"

"Beautiful caring souls, I briefly had technical difficulties when registering and I was feeling stupid but the staff with a smile that it was no problem they redirected me to the tablet and I got registered speedily. When I was at the specimen part of the visit was kinda stressful, I didn’t have enough urine in the specimen cup and thought I might need to come back, but again the gals made it work with my sample. Washed my hands 3x. That was so good and the gals were all pros. Good job!"

"I arrived as a walk in expecting to wait a bit to be seen. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in about 5 minutes. Not only was the appointment quick and efficient but the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful! They all had smiles and it was obvious they enjoyed their jobs and they worked very well with each other. Awesome service!"
