"Samantha is the worst physician we have ever encountered. If you think you know what your issue may be or what it’s related to she only listens long enough to roll her eyes and give a dismissive nod but if you are unsure of the answer to any of her questions she will just stand there like an idiot staring at you. When I complained to someone at the desk I was told the Bryant St location “needed physicians” and it was also the only place “that would hire Samantha because of her lack of people skills”. I am also posting this on other platforms so nobody will have to be seen by her."

"5 New Doctors in the time of about 5 years says something. The ladies in the front barely speak English and are often rude too. I've waited over an hour to be seen for appointments scheduled hour ago. Definitely looking for another provider!"

"This location is awful. They never follow up with your results, you have to continue to call just to be on hold for 30 minutes and be transferred 3 times to other people in the clinic. Prepare for them to get mad at you for being late due to being in the long line they always have. When you get checked in you will literally wait 30-40 minutes before the provider comes. I tried coming in the morning to see if there was a less wait time and the staff is insanely rude, they have no manners! No thank you’s or your welcome exist in there vocabulary. I have had 3 different doctors in the past 2 years because they all leave. That itself says they cannot keep their staff. If you also want to be looked at the wrong way and have attitude from the front staff while you are checking in this is the place to go. When the provider finally came in she ignored ALL of my concerns and said “I think your just really focused on your weight” wouldn’t you if all 3 doctors before you mention my weight being a issue and all problems I’m having due to this?…. She proceeded instead to tell me I have an umbilical hernia and referred me to a surgeon. But no other solutions or attempts were made for my initial concerns… as I was in the room waiting for my provider for the 30 minutes I made a phone call to another Clinic and transferred my entire family over. After 12 years of being with clinica family health I’ve had enough."

"UPDATE: Despite them saying they’d look into it and get back to me they still have not said one thing or reached out regarding the matter. Yesterday morning I went in for a last minute appointment I was 6 weeks pregnant and felt like I was going to miscarry. The nurse practitioner Leslie Kennedy completely acted like I had no idea what I was talking about. She said bleeding is common your fine the baby is fine. I told her I wanted an ultrasound to make sure and she refused. She said since you have insurance we save ultrasounds for people who don’t have it. They are a complete joke at this facility. I went to the ER later that night where they confirmed I was having a miscarriage but no Leslie was so sure my baby was fine. Everything about this establishment is unprofessional. If you want some real healthcare don’t go here, I have no idea how this place is still running."

"Have been coming here since 2016. Since then I have told them I have very painful menstrual periods. All I was told was to get on birth control and take pain medication. They did order some ultrasound but found "nothing". Went to a different provider who tried to find the cause of my pain instead of brushing my concerns to the side. They diagnosed me with Adenomyosis and possibly endometriosis."
