"Definitely are lacking communication skills. Waited for about 10 minutes in an empty lobby for someone to come check me in. Then when they did check me in there was no apology or explanation. After checking my son in the receptionist just got up and walked to the back. Been here about another 10 minutes with no communication or anything. At this point I don’t know if I should just go somewhere else. I am the only person in the lobby and haven’t seen anyone or hear a door close or open to think there is even patients in the back. Just conversations in the back while we just wait. When the appointment was made for 3:30"
"I had great service at this location a few years ago but, clearly the service has going downhill. I was able to get an appointment and book it online for a few hours before I arrived. The lady at the front desk was not very personable. She had paperwork sitting in front of here that a patient clearly filled out but, I was told I need to complete the forms via the text message I should have received. So, I had to use my phone to fill out a ton of questions. Then when I finally went back to a room to be seen. The women asked me the same questions there were on the form. I asked her what the point of completing the form was. On top of that she couldn't spell anything, I had to spell every medication to her. She finally went out and asked the women at the front desk for my digital form. I repeatedly mentioned that I am allergic to a certain medication. The doctor, Wayne came in looked in my ears, throat, etc. and asked a few questions and then rattled off some medications and doses he said he was going prescribe. Clearly, he didn't bother to look at my chart before all this. He ended up calling me after I left to say since I was allergic to a certain med he was going to prescribe something else. It was like he is trying to meet a time quota with the way he came in and out so fast. I spend more time at a grocery store check out line then he bothered to attend to me. When you are a physician you are dealing with people's live, you need to treat them with care."
"Update: On January 12th 2024 they reached out to me to confirm that I would receive a partial refund of the disputed difference. I respect the fact that they took my concern seriously and made efforts to meet me halfway even after significant time had past. Rating going from 1/5 to 3/5. ----- In November 2023 I was given a quote for a procedure and consented to that price. I paid that bill in full and left thinking our business was complete. Days later they added an additional $85 charge to my account and automatically billed my credit card for it without my consent. Their billing department said to not worry about the fee and they would look into this mistake. There has been no attempt to contact me further about this issue despite the two phone calls I made and the email I sent. Despite saying not to worry about the charge, they billed me anyways. Extremely shady practice. I was prepared to give them glowing reviews because I was very satisfied with the people and procedure, but these bait and switch tactics are unacceptable."
"I saw Leslie McKenna when my sister and I got probably the worst stomach virus while on vacation in Colorado. I never felt so sick in my life and just needed the closest urgent care. I’m so glad we were able to find this one. Leslie treated me with such amazing care and compassion, she actually listened to me and was determined to help me in any way she could. I’m sure I must have took up so much of the clinic’s time, but Leslie and the whole clinic staff were so kind and caring. I was so glad I was able to make my flight home a couple days later. I am forever grateful for everything Leslie and the urgent care staff did for me. Her patients are lucky to have her. Thank you all so much!"
