"I am open to changing my review, but only after I receive some sort of communication from the owner. I called and left a detailed voicemail about questions for her services on September 13, December 28th, and again today. I have never received any communication back for any of those calls. I understand that the holidays just happened, so I understand not hearing back from my previous two calls at this time, however, that doesn't explain why I never heard anything back from my call in September. Mrs. Young might offer great services, but she will not pick up the phone or call me back, so it seems I will never know unfortunately. ***UPDATE** Received a text from Maggie stating the information she says below. However, I never received a response for why I didn't receive a call back for my initial call in September. While I sincerely appreciate the quick message and the apology, I'm still confused why I can't get a phone call, unless I post a negative review."
