"I’m not finding the staff very helpful. I needed a prescription called into a Florida pharmacy while on vacation. They refused to call it in, said I should find someone to pick it up in Colorado and mail it to me. They didn’t want the wait on hold with the pharmacy, I guess they don’t like waiting on hold the way the patients do. Still in disbelief they were so unhelpful."

"Front desk staff is extremely rude and they don’t even care to hear everything out they just instantly cut off and try to rush the phone call out. I was told I had a balance but I have never been contacted via phone and they have been sending my billings to an incorrect address when I told the billing dept it was incorrect I got nothing but attitude. Absolutely sickening when I was not even arguing on paying the bill but the billing lady just wanted to sit there and belittle me and make me feel ashamed I had a balance. I will be seeking for a new provider and they can stay with the bill for all I care"

"Me and my family have been with Partners in Health since Englestad was off of Lowell and 72nd around that area, just starting off, I have seen so many staff come and go, I have been seen by Englestad, Burnett, and now Hilburn, whom are awesome, however I never have made a complaint, I just want to make this one, and say that the receptionist there are very rude, they rush you on the phone and just have no customer service skills, you already are feeling sick and they don't make it any better, I would name the names, but i will just let my doctor know of which one, also i will say that medical assistance at times are rude as well. C'mon you work in a medical field show empathy, concern and compassion, you are dealing with emotions of ill people that want comfort. So disappointing that the staff is gone down hill in showing these things."

"Been coming here for years. They have always been flexible and patient (no pun intended). Dr. Shupp is the man, quick, to the point and effective. This is a testament to his knowledge. Other providers are great as well."

"Dr Campbell and the staff at Partners in Health provide exceptional health care and follow through. You never feel like you're just being "processed through". If you need to see a specialist, they are very adept at getting you to the right doctor and providing the background/paper work necessary for a successful appointment. I feel very well cared for by Dr Campbell and this office!"
