"Don’t go unless you have all day to waste. I had to wait up for an hour for the doctor to finally grace me with her presence. When I asked what took so long, I was told other patients had unexpected emergencies and had to be seen. It took them an hour to tell me? They should’ve came into the room explained what was going on and rescheduled me. Another time, I waited for 45 minutes before being seen. I can’t sit and have my time wasted like that. I also suspected I had asthma. I asked the doctor repeatedly to test me for asthma. She refused! Gave me this BS explanation of why she couldn’t just give me a simple asthma test. That was the final straw. I went to Tri-County medical explained I need an asthma test and got one. Lo and behold I have asthma! Other reviews say she listens to you? No not at all! Would not recommend, do not go, there are more doctors in Erie now find a better alternative!"

"Dr. Gloria has been my primary care physician for over two decades, and her care has always been superb. She is attentive to patients and takes the time to listen and provide care for patients instead of trying to rush people in and out the door. Because of this she occasionally runs late, but risking a 15-minute wait is worth it to have the extra quality of care she provides. She's not quick to prescribe drugs, especially dangerous ones, and she always talks to me about how to take care of my health and prevent getting sick, instead of just trying to cure whatever I came in for like most doctors."

"Gloria and CJ (the two primary docs) are amazing doctors. Not your normal throw medication at you and get out the door kind of place. They listen, communicate, and obtain perspective. A typical appt is usually around 30 minutes with them... compare that to the usual 2-3 minutes. Their experience and wealth of knowledge is wonderful! These are lifelong doctors!! Note the previous reviewer who gave a bad review was based on their recent decision to not provide services through Medicare... I can’t speak to this decision but can say as this may be a bummer, it clearly does not reflect on the doctors and practice itself."

"Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you have Medicare or Medicaid as a secondary insurance they will not take you. The receptionist was unbelievably rude. She didn’t do her job and should have vetted me when I made the appointment. She claims she did, which is a lie because she would have canceled my appointment. Unreal. Also, they practice pseudoscience. Our medical community is a comedy of errors and embarrassment."
