"I've been going to this place for the past 4 years for steroid injections, branch blocks and Ablation in my back for arthritis. Everything has been great except this last time, for some reason they didn't put me under with anesthesia. During the procedure I could feel everything and after for 3 days my back was so sore. It was terrible. Don't start being cheap now don't use a nurse."

"This surgery center is amazingly good. I have had many epidurals at a quite a few surgery centers. I would have a hard time believing that this place is nothing but great. Everyone is thorough and make sure you are taken care of. They call and make sure your doing ok and not in pain. Thank all of you that has help me through this painful journey for the last six months. I can’t say enough good about you guys. Last but not least. The fragile human beings that are lying though there just to give a bad review! Remember these pain management are always being audited on how much pain meds they ask for. Some pain meds aren’t for everyone. give a bad review for something that out of there control. And don’t go give a bad review for you not being able to get your meds, all the while you were shopping doctors trying to double up on your meds. You get caught, no longer can be a patient at ascent surger! That’s not the doctors fault, and it is your own fault..just follow the doctors orders very easy to follow . You start seeing two doctors for the same problem, he gives you more medicine while under contract. Dr Sandall will take you off the meds he was giving you. Pretty simple Dr order you go trying to double dip and be sneak, you will get caught. And will not be getting meds out of Jamie cates or Dr Sandall. I don’t understand why people would do this.please don’t be a liar and post negative things that you know isn’t the doctors fault but you are lying about the facility, but many of us can see through your drug seeking lies. Jamie cates and dr Sandall take care of there patients. There awesome. Readers 99% of you users of this facility will come out on your way to live a pain free life. Don’t listen to the bad reports. All are a lie, and some that shouldn’t be given some meds and are mad. Great place and will always come back. The best of the best. David VanDevender"

"I send interpreters to medical appointments, and most of the time I need to verify that the information we have received is accurate. I called Belmar Surgery Center this morning and in Option 5, I spoke with a NURSE NAMED KATIE. The most pleasant person to speak with. I had several questions and she was patient enough to give me details of the procedure (what will be done, length of time expected, post-instructions, etc.) So thorough and helpful!! If this is the kind of service a person will have from all the providers at Belmar, then what a great place to go!"

"The service was fine. It's just the billing system that is awful! They use a billing service from the east coast called Pain Centers of America. The billing office is only open until 2:30pm Mountain Time M-F. This would not be such a problem, except that they don't have a website where you can pay!!! You have to use snail mail and write down your credit card number, use a check, or pay by phone. I work or commute the entire time they are open! No online payment option!!!"
