Made so many lifelong friends and I love the meetings, the outings, and the groups. The groups do get a little repetitive at times but that will go away. Just take everything you can out of it. Learned so many great acronyms and spoke at almost every meeting I’ve been to. Be vulnerable and talk about your feelings. I really promise it will help in the long run. The BHTS have helped me so much and I’ve stayed up in there office until 2am just talking and they give you so much advice and really ease your mind. My therapist Sean was amazing and also really made me realize my worth. Lifelong friends and brothers and sisters have been made and I really recommend this place to ANYONE that may need help.
