You call and it immediately goes to a voicemail instructing you to leave your name and phone number and they will return your call within 48 hours... welp, like I've said, it's been almost a month, 4 voicemails have been left and I have yet to be contacted by an actual person to get an appt scheduled"
"Have been trying to make an appt for over a month now - they do not answer the phone to make appointments - You leave a message and they may or may not call you back at some random time during the next few days - when you are working and not available! Went all the way to the office to make an appointment in person as the phone tag game was not working and was told they are not able to make first visit appointments there as they must be done over the phone! At a loss here - Going elsewhere as this is absolutely ridiculous!"
