"Dr.brooks was sadly a waste of my precious time I cannot get back and will be going elsewhere after much thought, sadly this is a review I did not want to leave however I want to share my experience in hopes someone will move on and find a better suited doctor. I was referred to her from another doctor I highly liked and have been overly disappointed with my experience. From the the first video visit she didn’t really listen to any of my concerns regarding why I was going to have my levels rechecked. She proceeded to keep pushing testing over and over to get my thyroid levels in order however again not listening to ANY of my concerns! At this point I didn’t feel it was appropriate to make an appt with her if she already saw my levels and asked again for another test. After a couple of times of having my dose upped I had a mood reaction which I brought to their concern just to be told in other terms that basically the meds were not the cause of this??? Again a lack of understanding and compassion. I will be going to another doctor to really get to the bottom of my concerns. Look elsewhere if you value your health"

"Dr Brooks is awesome. I really attribute my improved health to her treatment plans. I hate her front desk staff, especially Brittany who will not return voicemails requesting appointments. The other front desk staff sucks too, except Amanda who is literally the only one who is helpful."

"If you actually need help with your Diabetes I would recommend looking elsewhere. This office was incapable of submitting any of the prescriptions they provided me so I wasn't able to receive my medication. They sent me out to get blood work done but failed to submit the paperwork for it so I took a day off from work just to be told they dropped the ball and I would need to reschedule. Absolutely a terrible office overall. After 2 appointments I tried to switch offices which they informed can't be done at all, We reached the Practice manager who very quickly made the change for us. But they will attempt to give you the run around to keep you from moving. Will be seeking other venues to file a formal complaint against this office so they don't cause more problem for other people who need help."

"Appointment went well but follow up, crickets. Called after not hearing about my 7 vials of blood draw. Left 5 messages. Called for refill of thyroid for a month. Called for a month!! No return call, nothing. Their own answering service started calling them on my behalf, no answer. She even called me back to check on me same day!!Panicking and crying over a death in my family and trying to catch a flight next day,I had to drive to the office and got the DR out of a room to get my script.Completely ridiculous. Looking for a new provider now."

"I haven't even gotten to see the dr yet and am already displeased with their "services". Jennifer, the receptionist that called to schedule my appt was already extremely rude and had an attitude before we could even get two minutes into the call. Then I'm informed that they are only doing video visits right now because of covid and if I want an in person visit it'll have to be at another clinic that is an hour (+) away from my location and she'll have to transfer me to another person to get that scheduled. So I decide to do the video visit... she then tells me that the only way for me to do a video visit with the dr is to download their scl app and she starts giving me more attitude when I dont want to download their app! Check your people's attitudes that are your first connection to your patients because I was having a great day before little miss rude called me."
