"My adolescent child had her first appointment with Anna Brown at 5:30 pm. Due to rush hour traffic, we were 3 minutes late. When we arrived she was not in her office, which was dark and empty. We waited until 5:45 and she was a no show. We were very upset. I checked my child's file on Anna's desk, verified the appointment time. I left her a note that we were here and she was not with my phone number. She didn't bother calling me back. So completely unprofessional."
