Reviews
"They are the best providers I have ever been to. Prompt friendly thorough reliable and trustworthy. Their staff take care their patients so much. Easy to get appointments with them and they are open 7days a week and also provide urgent care which makes it super helpful. If you need someone reliable and not too pushy with your health but will give you the right recommendations just go with them."
"New to CR. Looking for new PCP for my family and I. In reading these reviews... they are not great but they're understandable and relatable but what I'm most taken back by and turned off by is the lack of professionalism, blatant disregard, care and compassion that the employee replying to the reviews responds with. Saying "we wish you well".. that's insane to me. Especially for those that have been loyal patients of your facility for years. Wow. So, I'll kindly pass on calling this facility and becoming new patients, because if that's how you treat your established patients, no thank you. But I definitely had to stop and give feedback to alert you of how you look to those of us looking for new pcp. We take people's feedback with a grain of salt, but the facilities response to those bad reviews is what some of us really look at and take into consideration. Compassion, understanding, caring, making quiet exceptions for your patients, is what will make this facility stand out and thrive. Until then, I'll look at the other family medical centers in town and encourage new families to do the same, because this facility has a lot more training to get through. Wow, just wow... the sarcasm that projects so strongly. That's insane business practices in my opinion."
"Don’t waste your time with this place. I’ve been trying to establish primary care for some time and thought this place seemed like a great fit. The day of my appointment they left a voicemail saying they could only discuss one topic at the appointment (which I’ve been waiting weeks for). I called them back and said I have many things to discuss, I have multiple diagnoses and can’t pick one specific thing when I have multiple illnesses, the receptionist said they only have limited time and I can only pick one topic to discuss. I canceled my appointment because there is absolutely no point in paying for a service when they can’t even fully treat their patients. Don’t accept new patients if you don’t have time to properly treat them. I’ve worked in healthcare many times and have NEVER heard of this. What an absolute joke."
"I have nothing but praise for Founders Family Medicine. The care team is great-no matter who I see it has always been a good experience. Caring and thorough. The office staff is also awesome-they are kind and caring and always helpful."
"Arrived at 3:47 for a 3:45 appointment. Office was empty. They required a reschedule, even though the PA was free (PA sent a message to the front while I was there). Established patient so no paperwork. No one in the waiting area so no one after me to be pushed back. They have a be there 15 minutes early policy, however as I had just come from the Swedish Hospital ER where my mother was being admitted for pneumonia, a deflated lung caused by a blocked left main stem bronchus, and a 40 BPM heart rate (hopefully the office staff reading this asks a doc if that is bad in a 69 year old pre-diabetic with one kidney and dementia) it seemed like a acceptable reason to be only arriving at the appointment time. Didn’t matter. They will hide behind their policy, but the great thing about being an independent business is the ability to apply your policy as you see fit in order to take care of the people in your practice. Not everything can occur on the practice schedule. They have kept me waiting 15 minutes past the appointment time, but evidently they are allowed to be late. However patients can’t arrive at the appointment time and be seen. Evidently the PA had planned on being finished by my appointment time which is the only reason an empty office appointment would not be accepted at that time."
