"I am adding another review here, my doc Kate Gates is a Cool and caring doc and does care about her patients, I'm giving her credit where i think it's due, she is on top of her patients and keeps her status by doing so , I am also saying the facility and the employees are good for what they do as a team in the medical facility that you have going, the three ⭐ here are a five but i have that as another personal reason, just so you know, it's a 5 ⭐ rating overall here and my opinion about the facility and employees etc working there. "Been coming to this clinic for about 4 years now. In the beginning it was a great place not sure what happened but the communication is horrible they never answer messages and there is no one to call for complaints. My Doctor left I seen Dr. Wendy Wolf and she’s a joke and has no business in the medical field!!! In the process of Looking for a new clinic."

"I spent 3h 50m for my first exam and vaccine. I had no insurance but they gave me a great discount and I paid only $50 for meds and visit! On my second follow-up vaccination, I finally had insurance but I waited 1h 10m just for them to tell me the vaccination would be $300-400. Either they don't know what they're doing or they're scamming people like crazy cuz I went to Costco and got my 2nd vaccine without an appointment in 20min for $0.00 immediately after I left. I don't even have a Costco membership"

"FIRST visit when entering the building and checking in i was not acknowledged by the front desk but the patient’s behind me were. very rude. although when i got back to be triaged and saw my NP they were great. and very efficient and respectful and knowledgeable about my conditions. Front desk needs to work on being respectful to ALL!!"

"Poor service, couldn't tell me what I had. Only gave me a doctor's note for Wednesday and Thursday, but still couldn't go to work Friday. The charges were $85 over what Cigna allowed for a swab. Terrible payment options! Way to give your clients the finger by taxing them to pay their bill online through an indirect company! What a convoluted mess! What ever happened to integrity???"
