"My wife and I like the doctors. But their front staff is consistently unorganized and can be rude at times. Questions will be unanswered for days and you have to call back. If a referral or prescription hasn’t been received by a specialist or pharmacy they always make excuses and blame it on the specialist or pharmacy. And sometimes they get an attitude with you, and you’re just trying to get things sorted out. They also usually will not turn their phones on until way past their lunch return time which can be frustrating if you’re trying to get in touch. And this behavior isn’t just once or twice. It’s been consistent over years."
"Scheduling a check-up has over a 2 month wait for it. Can't schedule online and you will have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes to call into their office most of the time. Biggest red flag is that they make you schedule another exam that you have to pay for in order to just go over your blood work results, which is insane. The comments the doctor writes on your results is something literally anyone can deduce themselves... Don't waste your time here."
"The sheer number of times this doctors office and its front desk team have completely screwed me is unreal. I've literally never gone to the office and *not* had it result in an absolute nightmare of paperwork that took weeks to resolve. Except today, when I showed up for a physicians appointment - first time I've had one in years, but something serious came up. They confirmed over the phone that they could see me, get the blood tests done that I needed, that they could accept my insurance, and overall that they could get me some help. Figured they might have finally gotten it together, so I trusted them. Nope! After fasting for 12 hrs, taking off work, driving 10 miles, AND wasting several weeks that I could have been in queue to see an actual competent doctor, I get here at 7 in the morning only to discover that they completely botched my paperwork. Again. And, in fact, not only did they register me for the wrong appointment, and not only did they register me under an incorrect billing type, but they LITERALLY cannot see me, AT ALL, EVEN IF I PAY FULLY OUT OF POCKET, because I'm with Medicaid. (Which I told them! Over the phone! Weeks ago! And they confirmed, twice, that it was fine!) This would have been REALLY NICE to know BEFORE my appointment. Before I wasted literal weeks that I could have been getting care from a better doctor, waiting to see these morons. But instead, they just straight-up completely lied to me over the phone, and when I get here they just look me in the eye and tell me I'm SOL. Good luck, hope you don't die, not our problem. Now, I don't even know if I can get another appointment in time for it to make a difference, or before I lose my insurance. Back to square one, with less than half the time to figure it out. I was devastated - cried for like a bloody hour in the car. As for the Council of Witches that is their reception management? They looked at me like I was scum when I even tried to talk to them. Couldn't have cared less, about me or any of their other patients. Looking back at all the times they messed up my billing (which resulted in a higher payout to them, conveniently), I'm started to think they were intentional. As for today, I'm absolutely screwed, and it's 100% their fault. Every single one of these people should be blacklisted. I regret trusting them immensely, and should have learned my lesson after all those negative experiences literal years ago. They haven't changed a bit. Never, ever, ever, EVER go here."
"It could be common practice, disappointing nonetheless. I’ve enjoyed my Doctor through the few interactions we’ve had thus far. It was recommended that I do some additional lab work once my blood work results came in. I agreed it was a good idea, scheduled an appt for the test and paid for the test in full at the time it was administered (required). My Dr said he “preferred to go over the results in person”, asked I schedule a future appt to do that. I didn’t think much of it and did as he recommended. I spent maybe 20 minutes in the office, reviewing the results, which I did find helpful, and left. Then I got a $200+ bill for my office visit to discuss those results. There was no disclosure at any time for additional $ that would need to be paid out of pocket on top of the cost for my test. Again, maybe this is common practice but it seems deceptive and it’s soured my relationship with my Dr and this office."
"I needed to be seen for a sinus infection before leaving on vacation. Janet was so compassionate and helpful in scheduling an appointment quickly. I was so happy with Kristin Duffey who saw me as my Primary was not available. She was knowledgeable and professional and treated me kindly. It was a positive experience."
