"For my first session I saw Nico for a 90 minute session. After having a bad fall in January down an entire flight of stairs he was able to solve a lot of the issues with my tense lower back. He made it easier to stretch and move after the injury and nothing else seemed to help but him. For my second session, I saw Diana for a 90 minute session. She did a fantastic job and was very careful with me, helped me understand what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was calm and understanding of my situation, and she helped me figure out what was going on with some of the pains I was experiencing."

"I decided to try Calm Spirit for a massage on my birthday. I’ve had many massages with different practitioners over the years and while this one was very kind and gentle it unfortunately was just a meh kind of massage. I was looking to get a good amount of relief in my back and overall stress relief but didn’t feel like she was able to provide that today. "I just had my first visit to Calm Spirit Acupuncture and it was so pleasant! I received a massage from Angela McKinley and it was so wonderful! She took me back early and we had a conversation about any specific things I would like addressed. I told her I have been doing a lot of barre and yoga and she explained she was specialized in sports therapy and asked if I would be interested in a hip and/or shoulder opener during the massage. I had never had these done, but she was explained everything she was doing the entire time. It really helped the fatigue in my shoulders and hips that I was experiencing from all of my recent workouts. Before checking out, the front desk offered tea and I enjoyed perusing all of the other services and Chinese herbs that they offered. I will definitely be back and book with Angela again!"

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the lovely front desk ladies and I waited less than 5 minutes before going back for my treatment. I got micro-needling done by Allyson and LOVED IT. She answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and we also talked about my skincare in general. Can’t wait to go back for the rest of my micro-needling and chemical peel package!"
