"I would Never work with this outfit. on my first call I was treated poorly and curtly by the assistant who basically told me that they're was nothing I could do now that my previous dr is worth their outfit and didn't take my insurance I couldn't talk to him about the denial of insurance when he was with New West. Her words were demeaning and patronizing. If that's the front line for this office, I can't imagine what the rear line is like. I'm really sorry. Doctor rydeberg moved over there. You're outfit needs to learn some customer service practices."

"Dr. Rydberg is a great doctor! He listens and provides options when possible. I followed him from his previous office because it's him I see and not the medical company. The office staff are really nice and helpful. The Athena and teledoc system needs some work but it doesn't prevent care."

Super glad to maintain the relationship with my family physician of nearly 20 years with the opening of the new OnPoint practice with Dr. Jeffers. Note: To anyone reading this, negative reviews pre-dating October 2023 are NOT reflective of Dr. Rydberg or Dr. Jeffers, but rather the front desk administration of the practice they left. It’s unfortunate those follow the physician & not the practice. Where possible and in all fairness, I hope Google will remove them. If you’re looking for a new Dr., you’re in good hands!!!"

"The providers that we’ve seen are great, however, trying to leave a message or return a call to one of the providers has been a nightmare as the front office staff will only direct you to using their Athena app and when you just want to leave a simple message for the doctor going through downloading apps and creating accounts becomes a huge nuance. I’d highly recommend this office get a better communication system put into place, because unfortunately they may have lost some patients."
