"I called to schedule in advance my 12 week prenatal care because I’m transferring from the Centura health in Southlands and the person that answered was lowkey rude about my situation and ended up telling me i couldn’t schedule because they don’t take Medicaid, which I completely understand, but as soon as I hung up I tried looking for Medicaid providers near Westminster and this place is literally that only place that comes up that accepts medicaid. Like who’s lying? Guess I’ll seek prenatal care else where."

"Meagann is an incredible human being. She delivered my son 3 years ago and I strongly believe without her my delivery would not have been as painless and smooth as it was. I wouldn't go anywhere else or see anyone else. I'm trying to conceive my second and she has helped me through my fertility process. "I never write negative reviews but my experience here was awful. Came here with a referral I got from my pcp. Scheduled two tests over the phone based on my referral with the receptionist and had to wait two months for an appointment. When I arrived, they didn’t have any of my paperwork that I had spent 30 minutes filling out online and weren’t prepared for either of the tests I had already waited two months to have done (these tests were a supposed to be the whole purpose of the appointment). They wanted to schedule my tests more than a month out at two completely separate appointments. Dr. Mullen questioned my self-reported symptoms and implied I was making them up. Unfortunate waste of my morning, as there was no need for me to come in and spend the whole appointment repeating what my original referral stated and re-scheduling the tests that should have been done that day. Update: just wanted to add that the reason I had this appointment was to get an ultrasound to confirm a diagnosis of PCOS. Not only did Dr. Mullen gaslight me about my self-reported symptoms, but she commented that I did not have “real” PCOS…a conclusion she came to just by talking to me for two minutes with no exam or further testing. She did agree to giving me a blood test to assess my testosterone levels, which came back normal, but she did not take into account that the medication I am on is an androgen blocker (causing my testosterone to come back “normal” and support her premature and incorrect conclusion that I simply must be faking my symptoms). Well today I went to get that ultrasound done somewhere else and they confirmed I had PCOS after finding “string of pearl” cysts on my ovaries. I am glad I found someone who could help me get to the bottom of my health issues, but angry that I had to deal with the poor treatment I received from Dr. Mullen first. If anyone else had a similarly poor experience here, keep looking and advocating for thorough and kind care. Better providers who do their due diligence are out there to help you get the answers you need to take care of yourself."

"I had an amazing experience at Centura. They got me in for an appointment right away and Jenna was amazing at my appointment. She listened to my frustrations with breast feeding and was able to give me answers to all of my questions in detail. She made sure I felt comfortable and helped me feel so much better about the struggles I had been having.
