"I feel as though every time we come here, despite making an “appointment” which I think is used as a precautionary measure if they happen to be super busy. But it doesn’t matter because with the lack of staff, it’ll take you two hours before you’re seen. Everyone was very kind, but the lack of communication I think is what really did it for me. We came in for a physical for sports and we were sitting in the room for close to an hour and a half. Make sure to plan your day carefully if you end up coming here."

"Day of service was a Sunday. Person at the desk was concentrating on computer screen, ignored me several minutes, finally said "Be right with you," & stared @ screen longer. PA-C who saw me was ill (masked at least), would keep turning to exam room wall to cough during my exam. They prescribed something for my problem, with no in-office instructions, & even the pharmacist commented that the written instruction didn't seem complete. Texted a question the next a.m. with good response, but took until L8 day to get an actual call. Following day, texted another question about Rx instructions, never was responded to. #1--Don't have sick ppl work there bc they're not up to the job. & recommend masking to pts if u know 1 of ur providers is ill, which front desk didn't do. #2--The person in front of the reception desk is more important than the computer screen. Customer service seems to be inconsistent so maybe having enough ppl to cover the bases during bz times would be advisable. (Not responding to a text at all should be unacceptable.) Wish I could give even 4 stars but it just wasn't positive enough"

"I went to the Westminster branch to look into a possible reaction to an antibiotic. I was seen by Emily Myers, PAC. She did a detailed exam with a "lab" test. She was exceptional and did find a issue that needed addressing. She accurately diagnosed the issue, provided tons of information on how to treat it and how to avoid it in the future. She also took the time to talk to me about my related history and what to discuss with my primary care doctor and possible other medical interventions. Emily Myers was exceptional, professional, and caring. On a scale of 1 to 10, she scored 99.999+!! Thank you so much, Emily. I feel so much better."

"I was recently seen here and just had to leave a review. I'm not sure if she was the manager or one of the MA's but Liz was absolutely incredible! I have never had such good treatment in any medical facility. She was very attentive and provided well thought out answers to all of my questions/concerns. "Slipped on stairs and couldn't walk on foot without considerable pain. Was on New years Eve morning. This urgent care is close to my home. Check in was easy and fast. Wait time was a few hours, the waiting room very busy. Being a Sunday I was glad they were open. Everyone was great. Once back it was very efficient. They had one provider and did a great job. Got X-rays and nothing was broken. The X-ray tech was wonderful. Very nice and really cared. Got an ankle stabilizer and directions on what to do to heal the sprained foot. They will be my go to if ever need to use an Urgent Care again"
