"The morning of our appointment they refused to see my child. They require a 48 hour cancellation from patients, but I guess it is OK to cancel patient appointments without the same consideration of time, energy and money. We had this appointment on the calendar for weeks and were looking forward to a second opinion regarding diagnosis and care, but they refused to make an independent assessment. Truly disappointing."

When compared to other mental health practices that I have been to before, they are much more organized, responsive, and caring. I feel heard, understood, respected, and an active part of my own treatment. The knowledge and input I have received has been incredible and life changing. I know that if I need anything, I can email my provider and/or call them directly if it’s an emergency situation (without being charged). My questions, concerns, and/or needs are always responded to typically always within that same business day. I cannot say enough how amazing and wonderful the staff are here."
