"I have been with this office for at least 4 years. This last year I feel customer service quality has gone down drastically. There are more front office staff but I feel phones are not answered in a timely fashion and to set up an appointment, get a referral, etc for my child takes at least 2 calls to get through (the referral took 3 days, called back at least twice per day, waiting for a nurse and whomever else). I recently moved closer to DIA and thought about keeping this office but due to my last two experiences decided to leave. The only reason why this review is not a 1 star is because of my child's pediatrician. I went into the office, because that seems to be quicker than waiting on hold, or waiting for someone to call me back either leaving a message with their answering service or their voicemail, to request medical and dental records. When I was in the office there were at least 4 people sitting at the front desk, one person per "window" and a lead/manager behind them. I honestly can't phanthom with at least 4 people working the front how phones are not covered. It has been a month and I still have not received the medical records in the mail."
