The attitudes and confidence were so helpful - absolutely wonderful and easy experience! Highly recommend going here if you have pain issues to address!"

"The treatment team is amazing and caring... However billing is starting to become problematic due to insurance issues. They called me 4 days before the end of the month to tell me that they had to cancel my upcoming appointment 3 weeks out since they would no longer be able to accept UnitedHealthcare going forward. I find this to be highly questionable behavior, especially for a pain management clinic. A doctor's office knows months in advance when they are being dropped by an insurance provider. I did receive a letter from the doctor's office saying that they were having issues with UnitedHealthcare but nothing about stopping taking the coverage for existing patients. I happen to be lucky to have dual coverage so I could change insurance providers outside of the annual enrollment period but the other patients may not be able to pivot like I did to a different insurance company. There needs to be a better way to handle these changes considering that all of the patients seen by this clinic would have massive issues changing doctors with the rules surrounding the care provided by this clinic."

"Stood in the open air lobby waiting to pickup a client and heard an incredible amount of patients information. Aren’t there laws protecting patient confidentiality medically and personally? I know where several people live, their birthdays, what they were being treated for, and how long they’re going to be there. I was only here for 30 minutes. There must be a reporting agency for this kind of trust breach!"
