"Called before booked the appointment to see if they can remove moles on the skin, they said yes. But when having the appointment , first people came in, not even looked at my skin and tell me they can only do excision which often suggested for deep moles and after biopsy has been done. Then the second people, the “doctor” called Rachel Collins, came in basically tell me the same thing. I asked if they do laser which used for small mole treatment and recover the fastest, she said no. I told her I want to shave one of the mole since it grow out of skin, she start to tell me how big the scar will be, and it is near Christmas time, blablabla, basically trying to scare me off to not doing it. Then I realize she just want to earn the office visit money, but not helping me doing anything. LOL. I asked her how to detailed take of my skin after shaving, she said nothing specific, just put some Vaseline. The whole appointment time is only 7-8 minutes. I feel pathetic about this kind of doctors, knowing only thing that you already can find online but not able to really help you do anything. I even talked to the store manager about my concern. She basically tell me she don’t care. THIS IS A SCAM PLACE, if you just want to waste your office visit money and your driving time, waiting time. You can come to meet people work here."

"Needed minor patches removed. Called Boulder dermatology in Louisville. Unlike other places I tried, they answer their phone in a timely manner and gave me an appt. in 2 days. Other places offered appts. weeks out. Saw Rachael Collins, very pleasant and professional. She was great! No waiting past my appt time. Was in and out in 15 minutes."
