"I came to Active Solutions and worked with Olaf on a hamstring injury. I was experiencing weakness and pain every day, nothing I was doing was helping. Very complete initial exam. He put me on a limited program of exercise, walking and ice at home. The stretching I had been doing was exacerbating the situation. In the office he used deep tissue massage and dry needling. We slowly added more exercises and met weekly. I am now almost pain free and have a program I can continue at home to prevent any further injury. Great conversations too!"
