"If I could give a 0 I would. I tried calling to reschedule an appt and whoever I talked to was so rude and disrespectful and very unhelpful. Sarcastic and not willing to help. Mind you this was the first time I was going to try to go to this clinic as a new provider but no thank you."
"I've only ever seen Kelli Vitale at this practice, and can't speak to anyone of the other providers (there was a somewhat terse woman at the front desk, who I haven't seen there in a while). I can say that in my several years of life, I have had a handful of different doctors. Some were okay. A few were really good. Then, there is Kelli Vitale. Kelli honestly sets the benchmark for excellence in healthcare (an increasingly rare commodity these days). Her attentiveness and genuine concern for my well-being are apparent throughout every interaction, making me feel truly valued and cared for as a patient. What sets Kelli apart is not just her medical expertise, which is substantial, but her incredible ability to listen. In today's fast-paced world, it's rare to find a healthcare professional who takes the time to truly hear your concerns and address them in a compassionate and comprehensive manner. Kelli does exactly that, ensuring every question is answered thoroughly. Her punctuality is commendable. Appointments start on time, a testament to her respect for her patients' time and her commitment to providing efficient care and reliability is refreshing. She, and her medical team, also follow up with any online requests or questions remarkably quickly, which I greatly appreciate. Another aspect of her exemplary service is her follow-up. She makes sure to check in afterward to see how any issues are progressing. Kelli's combination of medical knowledge, attentiveness, listening skills, punctuality, and thorough follow-up care makes her an exceptional healthcare provider. I am incredibly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled doctor who truly goes above and beyond."
"switched to Peak Med based on my wife’s recommendation as my current practice was changing personal. The first visit was very extensive with the doctor asking lots of questions. Apparently he does not take notes very well and doors respond to emails. He provided his email during the initial visit, but has not done well with any follow up. Be aware, do not sign up with them as they do not take adequate notes or accurately read or convey previous prescriptions from your most recently used provider. switching providers after 40 days of missed communication and reluctance to follow up with insurance companies or pharmacies."
"I've been going to Peak Health multiple times per year for about five years now and have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Lohr and the rest of the team. I'd highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Lohr!"
"I’ve been a patient here for over a year. Doctors are great so far, but the front desk is lazy with billing. If you’re not prepared to jump through hoops on your own, they won’t do their part to check insurance coverage like they’re supposed to. I’ve needed to call my insurance on several occasions to do their job for them, and have been told repeatedly by my insurance that “the doctors office should really be doing this work”. The elderly librarian-looking woman is also very unfriendly. Which I wouldn’t mind, if she did her job properly. She also became extra rude when I asked for the information needed to check coverage on my own. She knows she should be doing this, and gets cranky when a patient knows enough to realize the work hasn’t been done. Worst of all worlds."
