"The staff here was super friendly. I was traveling to this area from out of state and forgot my contact lenses. They were very helpful and gave me a trial pair of lenses to use until I returned home."

"I am not familiar with prescriptions for glasses. I was given one by the doctor. Next I went out to check pricing and the poor guy there didn't know anything. He said my cheapest pair I could get with the prescription I have were $205! Im trying to understand this guy who wasn't properly trained and was left alone while the other two girls listened to it all and never intervend to help this guy. He then said my cheapest pair was $50. You could hear the nervousness in his voice. He couldnt answer any questions or help me. I dont blame him but I do blame the rest of that office for leaving him alone. Oh yea, I paid $30 so they could take a picture of my eye. When I asked if I could have copies, they tell me its too much to do and that I can just take a photo of the computer from my phone. I left without glasses because I didn't know how much any of them were or which ones would work with my prescription. I would never refer anyone to this location. When I went to the one near kipling and 50th a few years back they were very nice and very helpful"
