"ABMP is wonderful! I have been a member since 2020, and they are always on top of sending me reminders when my renewal is due. They have a ton of useful benefits to grow your massage practice and free continued education courses. Membership includes subscription to Massage Mag as well! Every time i've called with questions or to renew my insurance, the customer service of those in the office is top tier. Very sweet, patient, and helpful. All around i've had a great experience with my insurance and membership with ABMP. Highly recommend !"

"Not sure what the 1 stars are really for. I've gone through ABMP since 2006 and have never had an issue. Pretty sure you can choose to auto renew or not. You get tons of discounts and they're always a phone call away to help you and are very kind."

"I would give them zero stars if I could. I woke up this morning to an automatic charge to my account for a renewal I did not approve and now I have to fight with them to refund me. Do not under any circumstances give them your banking information. I was given no warning that they were going to charge my account and now I have to report it as fraud to my bank account. Don't trust this company"
