Kum & Go

"Merry Christmas to me !! On my way to work this morning I stopped and got breakfast, a few drinks and some flu medicine. The blonde woman at the register (I believe her name was Stephanie) was rude right off the bat, I could tell she didn’t want to be there. As soon as my credit card cleared she didn’t say a word to me and walked away with a very bad attitude. Since I bought multiple items I asked her very politely for a bag, very angry and annoyed she grabs me a bag, literally throws it at me, rolls her eyes and walks off. I then bagged my items, wished her a Merry Christmas and left. Note to management: It really is the little things like this that leave a mark on your entire organization. Although I live less then a mile from this store and it is on my way to work I will be taking the extra 10 minutes to avoid shopping here for my EVERYDAY morning necessities. I’d rather pay more, wake up 10 minutes early and go out of my way every single day then to start my day off with rude miserable people. I would also like to make it a point that I rarely have this kind of experience here and for the most part the employees make me feel welcomed and are very kind and helpful and provide an excellent shopping experience."

"This morning I tried to make a purchase at this gas station but 1 cashier of Mexican descent said that I could not enter with my dog' he is a guide dog and she was very rude She made me take me back to my house to leave my dog and being able to buy something I don't think it would be convenient if you have a pet that you need to accompany you to go to this gas station"

"Found the items I was looking for right where they were supposed to be as always and also a great deal on some red bulls. The store clerk, Chance, was extremely helpful and friendly. Very rarely do I have a bad experience at Kum & go"

"I used to go here everyday. I even got Kum and go rewards! But then the workers and the management were so rude. A loyal customer Like me, disrespected. And for what??? Enjoying their products in their parking lot??? I did nothing wrong. She did not have to be rude like that, it was very unnecessary. I should give this a 0 but because it’s not possible I give it a 1. Goodbye to you and your crusty store and freezing cold bathroom, like what the heck it’s literally just becoming spring and your bathroom is set to 30°????? AND! your slushie machines never work. I will discontinue my rewards and my purchases."
