"Staff is kind and I was seen right away. Patricia Horvath, NP is wonderful. She listened , provided diagnosis, and then answered all my questions. The follow up phone call from Amber was prompt as were the updated appointment notes etc on the app. I highly recommend this clinic and am grateful for their care!"
"We have been to Carbon Health a handful of times have been very pleased with each experience. Luckily, we have always been seen very quickly. Everyone that works there is also super friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have this as an option when we aren’t able to get to the PCP."
"Terrible Customer Service. I haven’t been a patient very long, but in that time people were leaving left and right and I was greeted with someone new each time. This review is not in relation to the doctors at Carbon Health. As they are indeed wonderful. However, there is this one specific lady at the front desk who is utterly rude as well as fake. I called to see if they got the test results in yet and this lady that answered the phone had a cold tone to her. But I just ignored it, and asked her if she could see if the test results were in. She said “Do you have the online portal?”, I replied with “Yup” and if she could still check (I asked this because I know they are busy and may have not had the time to upload the results yet). This lady just ignored me, and I could hear talking in the background. I hung up and went down to the clinic and asked why she ignored me. She got irritated and defensive right away. This lady told me she said “Hold On”, and that I could check with her Co-Worker because they heard her say it( Her co-worker I remember, she’s nice.). Her co-worker reluctantly said “Yes” and didn’t even look me in the eye (So I assumed something was up - I never heard “Hold On” and I said hello twice with intervals in between). The Lady was snotty to the end, and said after lunch they would look into it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t care about the “people” who come into their clinic who need their help. Plus I also had problems with the Billing Department and the Clinic not knowing how my Insurance Works. They are completely disorganized here. If you want a place that is a Positive environment to help with any anxiety, as well as a place that knows how your insurance works so you don’t have to pay a hefty fee. I recommend going some place else, so you’re time is not wasted"
"To have a Clinic that you can walk into and get as good or better care than a primary care office is amazing. They do take appointment for shorter wait time. The young lady running front desk did a great job keeping everyone in the waiting area apprised of wait times. Patty my provider and my aid were nothing less than fabulous. Not only did she spend the time to deal with the issues I came in for but the possible underlying cause. Thank you for the convince of outstanding health care in the neighborhood."
"The ability to get in after work and on weekends has been a life saver! Ok maybe not my life but definitely my leg. I hadn't been to the doctor since an unsuccessful ER visit 10 years ago where I did not get diagnosed, treated like a human, and it cost 13 grand. So I was incredibly nervous but sure I needed real doctor care. Took a leap and went to the closest place I could find that was open late on a Sunday. Website was easy to navigate, walk ins welcome buy I did make an appointment. Which comes with a 50$ no show fee and I have no problems with that as a commission only employee it costs me when people make appointments and don't show up. I fell down a week prior to my appointment and scraped my knee but Saturday night my ankle on the same leg had swollen up which I found wierd since that wasn't even what felt injured. The check on process was easy after making the appointment online I had given them most of my info already. Front staff was kind and the waiting room has wierd chairs I liked. Masks not required at this time but I choose to wear one because I have enough problems with my leg already I didn't need to get sick on top of that and they did have complimentary kids and adult masks on the front counter. There was a little bit of a wait but nothing like I've experienced at other urgent care locations. I was seen by a PA and then the physician pretty quick and prescribed antibiotics that ideally I wasn't allergic to because I've had antibiotics allergies in the past. They were very considerate about the fact I have no insurance and am on a budget since I was paying out of pocket. I was treated like a person and they even laughed at my bad jokes. I would day prices were comparable to other urgent care places I've had to visit. Fast forward 7 days I had a little rash and was hot. Butttt it was a hot day, I was a bit sun burnt, and I'm pretty allergic to my chosen career so I did not worry about too much. Untill the next morning I was covered in said rash. Called in and was advised to take benadryl and come in if possible. Once I found some one to cover me at work I was able to come back in. Despite looking like I belong in a leper camp they were all still kind to me. So of course I'm allergic to these antibiotics too but they did the work on the infection. Was prescribed things to help with the allergic reaction and 1 day later I'm feeling 90 % better and looking less and less like I'm going to be shipped off to a leper camp. Thank you guys!"
