"I used to have a big piece of black carpet on the floor of my side of the garage (the "sacred area"). I liked it, but my wife hated it, mostly because it was not sewn on the edges, and it tended to shed little bits. Too messy. So I ordered up a G-Floor 120-mil diamond pattern 8.5-ft x 12-ft (custom cut) black vinyl floor for the sacred area. This was after much discussion with Zach at Garage Flooring. He was very helpful. My garage floor arrived in a few days. I got it unrolled, and got my machines and Handy Lift back into their places. The floor seemed just a bit short. I measured it, and it was more like 11-ft. Called Zach, and he asked me to send him some photos with the 11-ft measurement. I did. Zach said that they'd send me a 12-footer, and they'd either provide for free return of the 11-footer, or they'd say I could just keep it. A few days later my FedEx guy left me another package from G-Floor. It felt about 9% heavier than the first one, so I figured it was the real deal. Another issue is that even though my garage is part of the house, it's not heated to full house temperature. It's daily average more like 50 degF, which meant that it was taking a while for the new floor to lay flat. Also, rolling the bikes and the Handy Lift in immediately after installation didn't help. This time my wife and I unrolled the 12-footer and re-rolled it in the opposite direction and kept it in the house for about three days at about 72 degF on a daily average. Today we rolled up the 11-footer, and rolled out the new 12-footer. It went down a bit smoother than the 11-footer. Plus I plan to give it about three days to (hopefully) fully flatten out before I put the bikes and the Handy Lift back into their positions."

"They were very helpful from getting me samples that I wanted to letting me know when an out of stock item would be back in stock. It only took me about 3 hours to install. It went in just like they said in the instructions. They only issue was the design program. The number of pieces the design counted was not what I needed. If I had not checked, I would have been way off on my counts. Make sure you count your squares, especially if you have pattern involved. I would recommend them highly, good company, they checked after it was sent to make sure everything was right."
